Polar Flow - Online training and workout log for Polar products. Webflow has gone a long way and simply became THE tool for Visual Coding of Websites. But Webflow should be released as a full fledged Windows and Mac Desktop Application to free itself from the SaaS dogma and be treated as a seroius next-generati.

To some, video is just a lot of pictures played in succession. To others, it's one of the best ways to communicate. The Video element embeds a video hosted on a third-party site like YouTube or Vimeo, anywhere on your page.
In this lesson:
Add a video
Drag and drop a Video element onto your page from the Elements panel or press Command + E (on Mac) or Control + E (on Windows) to open Quick find.
Format video settings
Once you place a video element onto your page, you’ll have access to the video settings. If you cannot see the settings, double-click the video element or select it and press enter to pull up the settings. Paste in the URL of your video, hit enter, and the thumbnail for your video will appear in the video element.
Supported video sources
- YouTube (if you want more control over your YouTube video, try using a YouTube video element)
- Vimeo
- DailyMotion
- KickStarter (just paste in the main campaign URL and we'll grab the main campaign video)
- TED (multilingual support)
- Wistia
- Ustream
- Livestream
- Twitch
- Tudou
- Hulu
- SproutVideo
If your video source does not work as expected, please let us know and we'll try to add it!
Must know
Currently, uploading your own video files to the Asset panel and using them in the video element is not supported. However, you can upload videos as silent background videos.
Set video dimensions
If you drop the video element in a section, it will take up the full width of that section. Move it to a container, and it will take up the full width of the container. If you move it into a column, it will respect the space available inside that column.
If you want to set a custom width and height to your video, you can create a custom div block. To do that, drag in a div block from the Elements panel. Give it a value for width, and another value for height. Now if you drag your video into this custom div block, it will conform to that size.
Explore video elements
There are other ways to add videos to your project in Webflow:
- YouTube video
- Background video
- Lightbox
- Rich text
- Custom code embed
YouTube video element
The YouTube video element lets you embed a video from a YouTube URL and gives you all the display options offered by YouTube’s embed feature, including the ability to show related videos from a channel, set a specific start time, show or hide video controls, and more. Learn more about the YouTube video element.
Background video component
The background video component lets you add motion backgrounds without audio. Unlike the video element which only supports Youtube and Vimeo links, the background video element can accept any video file you upload. Learn more about the background video component.
Lightbox element
The lightbox element lets you open a video in a popup modal. Similar to the video element, the lightbox supports Youtube and Vimeo links. Learn more about the lightbox element.
Rich text element and rich text field
The rich text element allows you to add videos as well. This is a great way to let your site's collaborators (content editors) add as many videos as they want to their pages. This is even more powerful when you use it to pull the data from a rich text field in a CMS collection.
Of course you can also use a Video element to pull in data from a collection Video field.
Embed videos using custom code
You can also add HTML videos using the embed element.
- Add an Embed element to your page
- Paste your video code (Getting Started with HTML5 Video)
- Save

WebFlow is an automatic system that scans the internet for a certain keyword, then produces an ad that relates to the keyword. The system can also help you optimize your website by finding any keyword in your content, or any other words that you might want to focus on for your ad. It is a great tool for people who are trying to generate a better traffic flow into their site.
There are many ways to learn more about WebFlow, which is an amazing tool. I will explain these methods in this article and show you a video I have created that shows you exactly what the WebFlow system does and how to use it. Once you see this video, you will be able to understand it much easier.
The first step to getting started with WebFlow is by choosing a free account. This is easy, but you should do this as soon as possible so that you can get an idea of what the software is all about. Once you have your account, it is easy to upload your website and find out everything you need to know.
The next step for learning WebFlow is to create an account and install the software on your computer. This is very easy because the program is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux. Once you’ve installed the software, you’ll see a new window appear on your screen. All you need to do now is select “Create New Ad”.
At this point, you are ready to write your ad and customize it to match your website. This will allow your web page to display the ad whenever someone searches for the phrase you have used in the title or description. You can also include any other keywords that you want your ad to relate to.
You can also optimize your website and find more keywords to use for your WebFlow ads. Once your ad is created, it will appear for all to see. When your ad appears, the search engine will see it and will show the relevant ads to people searching the keywords. This will generate more traffic to your site.
If you are using WebFlow for the first time, you will probably want to make a couple of changes before you use it to help increase your conversions. However, the more advanced techniques you master, the more likely you are to see an increase in traffic to your website.
So now you know the basics about WebFlow and how to use it. Use it, enjoy it, and watch your web pages to increase in popularity. !
To learn how to use WebFlow, you should first download the program. There is a demo available so that you can get a feel for what the program has to offer. Once you have downloaded the program, you will need to go to the official WebFlow website and sign up.
When you sign up, you will be given instructions on how to use WebFlow. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always ask a customer service representative on the website. Once you have signed up for the free trial, you can begin testing your WebFlow ads. and adding more keywords.
